CSBC is a lively and active community with a love for God and a desire to share that with the world both locally and further afield. We are an independent Baptist church which stands for the historic Christian faith based on the Bible. The history of this congregation dates back to the 17th century when Christians began to meet separately from the established churches. The first pastor was appointed in 1645.(see History) We've changed a bit since then but remain faithful to our biblical beliefs.(see What We Believe)
